Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for larger moves.
While we take utmost care, your belongings are covered under limited liability. Additional insurance is available upon request. We are not liable for items packed by customers unless damage is due to negligence.
We do not transport hazardous materials, live animals, perishable food, or illegal items. Please discuss any uncertain items with us prior to moving day.
While we strive to be punctual, delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
